Team

Our high performance structure consists of two levels: the Australian Sailing Team and Australian Sailing Pathway Team.

To qualify for the Team, sailors or crews must achieve a top 10 placing at the World Championships in their class, or have the potential to do so within two years.  

The Pathway Team represents the last stop on the trajectory to the elite level. 

All team members have access to Australian Sailing facilities and support, including our expert coaches.
