Why do you like sailing your class of boat
Its absolutely exhilarating to be performing at such high speeds and high stakes and really pushing to get the most out of every little thing out of the boat.

What should people watch out for at your event
You should definitely watch out for all our high speed action along side high paced, on the spot tactical decisions.

When I am not sailing I am...
I always love trying new things to keep my brain and body learning new things. Recently I've been learning Muay Thai which is quite a challenge along side learning hand balancing and surfing when I can find time. If I'm looking to fully relax you'll find me with my head in a book, listening to music or playing computer games with my boyfriend.

What does it mean to represent Australia at the Games
It means so much that I can go over and represent such an amazing country that has so much pride and passion for sport and really show the rest of the world just how fierce us Aussie are.

What are you most excited about for the Games
I'm really excited to cross that start line race one and not give up until the last finish.

Favourite place to sail in the world
I think Palma is a stand out place for me. It's beautiful but cold water offers brilliant sailing conditions and the backdrop is stunning.

Favourite place to sail in Australia
I truly love the travel sailing allows but there is just nothing like sailing at home. Home for me is the Central Coast. Sailing out of Terrigal was absolutely stunning, we got to meet so many lovely people from the community who had unwavering support for us which always put a smile on our face.

Favourite conditions to sail in and why
I love easy upwind foiling in 12-15 knots with slight swell. These conditions allow me to push the boundaries of the boat and enjoy the challenge the Nacra 17 offers.

What's the most interesting part about the Olympic venue
We raced in this exact venue for a Nacra 15 worlds in 2019. So coming back to see how things have changed will be really cool.

What result are you most proud of
I'm really proud of our 2 most recent 11th places. Its really shown our massive improvement from previous years and it's exhilarating to watch our progress each step of the way.
